Notes
First substantial rain since July 12th. It was really beginning to get dry in the Town of Lexington. Until yesterday, my location had only received 0.03 inches over the past 10 days. On Tuesday afternoon and wcwning, two separate storms moved across the area. Both storms produces a burst of wind with the second one around 830 pm being the much stronger one. This included very heavy rainfall along with wind and frequent lightning. Just under 0.30 tenths of an inch of much needed rainfall during the late afternoon. The remainder of the rainfall total fell in about 1 hour.
